Bedroom project continued...
We painted our bedroom on Saturday. Or, I should say that Aaron painted the bedroom, and I helped a little, and Sharon even stopped by and got to help (she didn't know we were painting, so God must have brought her here :-) I can't wait to get my Uppercase Living "headboard", and I also plan to get a pink "swag" to drape over the curtains.

Very cool! The paint, comforter & curtains made the carpet look like it "fits"! Can't wait to see it in person. The expression is going to look SO cool!

Thanks, Renee. As you can see, we still have some "touch-up" painting to do along the celing, but yeah, otherwise it's done!

You did a really nice job of picking the right shades of accent color from the comforter! I will be checking your blog to see all of the exciting decorating changes you will make to your new home. I do hope you leave some of the groovy hanging lights up :)

Charlotte, I have no plans to take down the groovy lights! I really like them--they give the house character.
Thanks for the picture of Ashley. What a cute idea to have that green hat, and to have her holding Elmo! She looks so much like her mama! And I'm sure she's just as sweet (when she's not being the daycare bully, that is) :-)
